Please arrive about 10 minutes before your class begins, to set up and ensure class starts on time. With indoor cycling classes you may (not required) call to reserve a spot up to 48 hours in advance. You are required to cancel if you are unable to attend or pay an $8.00 fee for a bike reservation.We are here to help you have fun and get fit! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience more beneficial! 

Tabata

TABATA training is the hottest trend in high-intensity, low- (or no-) equipment workouts. This structured interval workout consists of 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight times on the same exercise.

Circuit Fitness

During this class each person will rotate though stations provided by the instructor. These stations change each week and target all areas of the body. We will incorporate cardio, weight, and stretching so that you get a total work-out that you can feel good about! ALL LEVELS

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training pushes you to the max by completing various drills at specific work-rest ratios. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Pain

 A comprehensive program that will improve your strength, power, muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, and anaerobic capacity. This class will challenge and change you. Learn to train hard and smart in this obstacle style circuit class. ADVANCED ++

TNT - HIIT/Strength

Quick bursts of cadio/HIIT (high intensity interval training) combined with full body strength training for a strong workout.  Torch calories, burn fat and build muscle.  All levels welcome, modifications available.  Wear sneakers.
