Please arrive about 10 minutes before your class begins, to set up and ensure class starts on time. With indoor cycling classes you may (not required) call to reserve a spot up to 48 hours in advance. You are required to cancel if you are unable to attend or pay an $8.00 fee for a bike reservation.We are here to help you have fun and get fit! Zumba is a latin-infused aerobic dance program with an array of dance types and movements to work different areas of the body. You do not have to be worried about your level of dance fitness to join this class. While the class is high energy, engaging and fun in a way that makes the hour feel like no time at all, is formatted it in a way that beginners can jump right in! ALL LEVELS
The P90X LIVE workouts offer a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more.
