Please arrive about 10 minutes before your class begins, to set up and ensure class starts on time. With indoor cycling classes you may (not required) call to reserve a spot up to 48 hours in advance. You are required to cancel if you are unable to attend or pay an $8.00 fee for a bike reservation.We are here to help you have fun and get fit! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience more beneficial! 

Zumba

Zumba is a latin-infused aerobic dance program with an array of dance types and movements to work different areas of the body. You do not have to be worried about your level of dance fitness to join this class. While the class is high energy, engaging and fun in a way that makes the hour feel like no time at all, is formatted it in a way that beginners can jump right in! ALL LEVELS

P90X

The P90X LIVE workouts offer a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more. Using the science of Muscle Confusion™, P90X constantly switches things up (the blocks, the protocols, the rep ranges) to help class members bust through plateaus. Plus, there are modifications so people at any level can partake. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Soul Sweat

Get ready to sweat and burn calories with intervals of cardio and plyometrics, followed by a core shredding active recovery... start your week right with this Sunday night faith based soul sweat. INTERMEDIATE

Power Step

Crank up your metabolism with fat burning cardio, strength exercises to help build muscle with muscle burning holds and pulses to push you to a leaner, fitter, more defined body. Modifications available for all fitness levels. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Build & Burn

Get ready for this calorie crushing combo with light weights to tone and build muscle while incorporating high/low-intensity cardio exercises to incinerate fat and sculpt your abs AND don't forget the music we're going to literally JAM

Penalty Box

The Penalty Box® is a complete body workout program. The Penalty Box uses four squares to take the place of an agility ladder. This class will burn a ton of calories and work on your agility and endurance. All fitness levels welcome as modifications can be made.
