Why You'll Forget You're Working Out While You're at Zumba

I don't think I'll ever forget the first time I looked down at my Fitbit after taking a Zumba class at Point of Fitness. I was shocked that I'd burned as many calories as I do during spin or any other high intensity class.


During the entire work out, my heart rate was up and I was sweating - I could tell I was working hard...but I was also having SO much fun. I couldn't help but smile into the mirror and I had no words to describe the positive environment around me. Who new dancing with your Fit-Fam could be so fun?
