With indoor cycling classes you may (not required) call to reserve a spot up to 48 hours in advance. You are required to cancel if you are unable to attend or pay an $8.00 fee for a bike reservation.We are here to help you have fun and get fit! This high-intensity cycling class incorporates a variety of moves with quick transitions that combines resistance training and speed intervals for an awesome total body workout. You’ll burn hundreds of calories while building cardiovascular endurance and strength. INTERMEDIATE /ALL LEVELS WELCOME
LV's Maximum Ride
This advanced cycling class focuses on endurance and strength. The use of hand weights climbs, push-ups, jumps, and sprints is combined with upbeat music and advanced cardio. This class is high-energy plus fun! Good Vibes... Enjoy the Ride! INTERMEDIATE /ADVANCED
Sculpt & Spin
This high-intensity cycling workout will push you to your limit! The class consists of sculpting your body with weights and taking on fierce climbs while including vigorous sprints, power jumps and so much more! Join us for the ultimate fast and fun ride! INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
A perfect place to start expanding your fitness experience. A 20-minute easy spin ride will give a cardio boost that will torch calories followed by an amazing beginner circuit to take your strength training to the next level.
This class is an advanced indoor cycling class that will push you past your limits with HIGH intensity, lots of hill climbs and the use of hand weights with high repetitions. You will leave this class dripping in sweat!
Moderate intensity spin class that consists of light weights, working leg resistance and strengthening your endurance. You can count on leaving this class a little drippy! This is a step up from PoF's Easy Ride.
